Lavender, eucalyptus, lemongrass — what popular essential oils are used for, and safe ways to enjoy them at home.
Avnika Creations द्वारा

Aromatherapy uses plant essential oils to support mood and wellbeing. It isn't a substitute for medical care, but many people find it a pleasant, calming part of their routine.
Three oils to start with
- Lavender — the gentlest; associated with relaxation and sleep.
- Eucalyptus — fresh and clearing; popular in steamy showers and spas.
- Lemongrass — bright and uplifting; lovely in the morning.
Our Aromatherapy Essential Oil Trio has all three.
Ways to use them
- Diffuser: 4–6 drops in water.
- Bath: 4–5 drops mixed first into a spoon of carrier oil or milk.
- Massage: dilute to about 2% — around 12 drops in 30 ml of carrier oil.
- Pillow: one drop of lavender on a tissue tucked inside the pillowcase.
Safety
- Never apply undiluted oils to skin.
- Keep away from eyes, children and pets.
- Check with a doctor during pregnancy or if you have health conditions.
- Store in dark glass, away from heat.
