Burn time
The total number of hours a candle can burn, measured in sessions of up to four hours with a trimmed wick.
Burn time depends on wax weight, wax type and wick size. As a rough guide, our 120 g tins burn 25–28 hours, 180 g jars 35–40 hours and 600 g three-wick candles 60–70 hours. Trimming the wick and avoiding draughts help a candle reach its full burn time.
