Ready-made products are dispatched in 2–4 working days; personalised and bulk orders as per your quotation. See worldwide shipping for timelines.

Damaged in transit

If anything arrives broken, email or WhatsApp a photo of the product and box within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it at no cost.

Returns

Because candles are personal-care products, unused ready-made items can be returned within 7 days of delivery only in their original sealed packaging; return shipping is paid by the customer. Personalised and custom products cannot be returned.

Cancellations

Ready-made orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after production starts.
