Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated. Shipping is extra and confirmed by email. Items marked "price on request" are priced by quotation. An order is confirmed when payment is received.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer to the account in your order email. We never ask for card details or passwords by email or phone.

Handmade products

Our products are made by hand; small variations in colour, surface and size are part of their character and not defects.

Custom and bulk orders

Personalised and custom orders are made to your approval of samples, artwork and quotation and cannot be cancelled once production starts. Advance and balance payment terms are stated in the quotation.

Candle safety

Follow the care instructions supplied with each candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
