Planning a Bulk Candle Order: A Checklist
Quantity, customisation, packaging, timelines and payment — the ten things to decide before you place a bulk order.

Whether it's 50 pieces for a team or 5,000 for an event, bulk orders go smoothly when the key decisions are made early. Use this checklist.
The ten decisions
- Quantity — plus 5–10% spare.
- Budget per piece — including packaging and delivery.
- Product — tin, jar, pillar, diya, hamper.
- Fragrance — one for all, or a mix.
- Colour — standard or custom wax colour.
- Branding — label, sleeve, card, custom box.
- Packaging — individual gift boxes or bulk cartons.
- Delivery — one address or many; India or abroad.
- Date — the day you need it, not the day you'd like it.
- Paperwork — GST invoice, PO, advance and balance.

Fragrance on a website is a description; in the room it's an experience. A sample box lets you smell and handle options before committing.
Understanding pricing
